Rules :
- In case a student become disinterested in a particular course for whatsoever reason after having registered/joined, no fee will be refunded.Also the fee paid for one particular course will not be adjusted against any other course in any circumstances.
- It is for the student himself to see whether he/she is eligible for a particular course before applying for registration for enrollment.
- The institute reserve to right to make any alternation in it program's/fees without ant prior notice to anybody.
- Transfer to any other branch of our institute may be considered on the merit of the case.The MD's decision in this regard will be final and binding.It may also be noted that this may take about two week time.
- The institute reserve the right to publish the photograph and result of successful candidate.
- At any point of time if it is discovered that student has gained admission by falsification of facts or incorrect statement, his admission is liable to be cancelled with immediate effect and no refund of fees will be made.
Regulations :
- The Students enrolled with classes will have to work hard regularly. If the teachers find him not working hard, creating nuisance in the class, irregular in attendance, he/she may be expelled from the institute. The decision of the director will be final and binding on the student. No fee or the part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
- Through the institute takes the pain to keep track of the various dates pertaining to different Engg./Medical entrance examinations & put notice to that effect on notice board,but the institute will not be responsible for communicating the same to student individually.
- The parent/guardian can meet the center had for any query with the prior appointment only please note that any plea to meet the ward while classes are in progress would not be entertained.
- In case of any dispute the decision of board of director is final and binding.All disputes are subject to the judriction of Lucknow only.
- Students enrolled with us will have to provide their roll number. as soon as they receive their admit cards for various entrance examinations.
